Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your delivery. Return shipping costs will either be deducted from the refund (if we handle the return shipping) or paid by the customer.

If you wish to return your purchase, first send an email to [email protected] Please include your order number in the subject line of the email and we’ll be able to help you as quickly and easily as possible.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it/s and returned in the same or similar packaging as you received it so that it is not damaged during return shipping. Place the straps in the bag and fold them as you received them.

Once we have received the item and verified that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the same payment/card that the transaction was made through.

There are two options for making a return/exchange. Let us handle it or handle it yourself.
